To be a client of HomesofFriscor.com and for you to be eligible for the rebate at closing, we must be your exclusive buyer agent representative, .As our client you will receive our full service support including our help with negotiations and the paper work associated with closing. We will also share up to half of our 3% commissions with you. Thats up to 1.5 % of our 3% commission. For instance, if the selling price at closing is  $350,000 then your rebate, at 1.5%,would be $5,250. That’s  $5,250 you can use to reduce some of the closing costs, make repairs, buy furniture or use in anyway you would like to use your extra money!
